Any suggestions?

I recently dipped these corals in sachems reef dip and put them in a hospital tank. I have been feeding them mysis shrimp. The bleeding sour apple's feeder tenticales still come out but the mouth in the middle is gone and I can see exposed skeleton where the mouth used to be. The red open brain has two mouths but no tentacles. The BSA is expanding a little and is soft,but the rob is hard.I also put glue on some of the exposed skeleton.

They do not look good as you have already decided. I think you have done about as much as you can. Just give them the light they need and a nutrient rich water to absorb the food they need and they may just come back.
