    Your numbers look good,this thread is two years old and i've learned since then that this is just a reference chart,a general guideline to start with,but stability is more important to good growth than exactly what these numbers say.Lighting and flow will also be factors that vary from tank to tank.

    Thanks! I won't adjust my numbers then and continue with my weekly testing. I have a Koralia that produces an overturn of 400 gph in my 20 gallon. Sufficient?

    You mean the 425 nano's?If so,I would add at least another if not two.They are a great ph with a broad flow,but weak in straightline flow,one or two more would be a big benefit.

    I agree with Don you will need another powerhead in a 20 gallon.

    It's about 3 years old. I think it's the old koralia 1. The back says 400 gph. How many gph should I add? I have a powered rated at 1050 gph that I'll be using in my 55. It was too much for the 20 as it would blow up a bare spot in my sand bed.
