FWIW, 4 T5HO bulbs should be plenty for lighting. How much flow do you have, and what are your exact parameters?

Everything looks good so far, but what is your mag and pH levels?

Also, most sps do best with strong, random current, such as near the collision area from two opposing powerheads, rather than having one blowing on them directly.

Does it have better PE at night?

If it is indeed a tort like an Oregon, Cali and it's directly in front of the PH may be move it off to the side. My Cali tort did not like direct flow right in front of the PH.

As long as it has good growth and color I would not worry too much.

+1 to all!! I figured as much that it looks good you cant see the color on the pic because it is on the shadow side, but it is a red color. I will move him a bit tomorrow, i wasn't all that worried with it.
