    Cool fuge, but (my 2 cents) that glass under the light is really thick and blocking light. You might want to find a way to support the light without the glass.

    Its true it is 3/8" acrilic. It was free and I dont plan to grow any coral in the fuge it also keeps splatter down. The splatter use to be horible and the light would be incrusted with salt in a matter of hours the fuge holds about 6 gallons and the light is 18 watts so only 3 watts per gallon with out loss

    Good point on splatter. I just thought it might hinder your plants in your fuge a bit, but probably not too much since they grow easy giving it some thought... cool sump!
