Angry Waters still hazy

I posted a week ago about hazy water in my 90, a few suggested a baterial bloom. I am thinking that may have been the case cause nothing else explains it so i cut my feeding in half and still the same story. Someone said to do a 30% water change...did 5%, maybe another 5% tomorrow. I thought maybe my lighting was to week...put a 432watt tek t5 system on it 2day...still slightly hazy. Wheres my crystal clear water? how long can a baterial bloom last???

Try running some fresh carbon. Usually my tanks clear up in about 20 mins depending on the amount of carbon I run.

Hey ibm geek, no im not dosing anything other that frozen "rods fish food" I went a little overboard for a week to make sure the hippo tang was eating but since have stopped. Once i sit and think about it....it was a tad bit hazy b4 i started feeding. I am running a euro reef rs 135 which is pulling a ton of dark brown/green foam and water from the tank and im also running 2 units of chemi pure. Im starting to get aggravated.

What additives, if any are you adding? A filter sock will help also.

What color is the haze? If its a greenish color, thats an algae bloom caused by someone using windex or something like it when cleaning around the tank or on the glass. That happened to me once and I had to buy a UV filter to get rid of it. Luna

Do you use Kalk for topoff or have you added calcium lately? Kinda sounds like something is either stirring the sand or calcium may be precipitating out somehow.
