| I add nothing, no kalk, no calcium....nothing. Could have adding my old live rock to a new tank killed the bacteria and they are now free floating bacteria making the water look hazzy? Its was real bad about 2 weeks ago...i could actually see the white cloudish looking water actually swirl...like adding milk to a glass of water and seeing it make its way thru to the bottom of the glass |

| It's a good possibility live rock can take spells like that change of temp.,current, affected area dying, is it fully curred, or is any one missing, mine wasn't very thick that swirl but it was pretty cloudy, hopefully some one send us in the right direction soon |

| A couple of things come to mind.
1. Filters are dirty, felt filter pads, sponges and any kind of filtering pad.
2. Something has died and you dont/cant see it in the LR.
3. Bacteria has died from the LR.
4. Maybe someone poured something in it.
5. Have you checked your Po3/4, No2 and No3 levels?
6. Dosing is out of the Q b/c you stated that your not dosing anything.
7. The LR that you introduced into your current tank, was it Live/cured already? Or was it sitting out side dry and dead? | I talked to tangster on private msgs and hes 99% sure its bacteria die off. Said to use good carbon, remove filter sock and a air pump with air stone will help speed up the process of getting back my good bacteria. |
