I have a tank full of coralline and its full of tube worms and never used a live rock and it just 1.5 yrs old.. Now I have a issue with some algaes that came in on a coral from a old system that was also plagued with the same algae that was seeded using all L/R . L/R does nothing for a system that a seeding from a healthy tanks can't do as for the bristle worms thats a good thing and they are much needed also.
But again I really don't care how whom does what . Its just that L/R cause more problems then it helps and its not needed in the least to create a bio diverse system with coralline and rock fauna ..As for Copecods System crawls with them also.. But never a L/R (: IMO a total waste of money but some damn fine marketing I admire that
