Default water

ok so as most of you know i am upgrading to a 135.
well i am buying a 100 off of someone for selling purposes. well his water params are all at 0 and looking good.
could i take that 100 along with teh 75 or so pounds of live rock that is in his tank. put them in teh 135. then add my 55 gallons to that. (the sump is in there as well. so that should be a perfect amount of water.

would it prevent a cycle since there both established systems (both from a reef)

yeah true true, i wouldnt think there would be one, cause i did this almost with my 55 gallon.

i bought it in san jose which is 2 and a half hours away, i kept like 40 or 50 pounds of live rock completely covered in water. and at a total saved about 45% of the water, and added the rest with fresh salt water.

and i waited a week everything looked great and sterted stalking ever since.

should i put the 100 gallons and live rock in the 135, and see how things go, and if there good fill the rest in with my water and move my live stock in there.

oh i almost forgot.
i am getting 60 pounds of base rock turned live from someone and adding that in with the live rock and the water as well.
