| stronium what is it and what does it do? i have been reading about it and everybody is very vaigue. what is the right level that it should be kept at and how often does it need to be added. i am using coral vite that has it in it right now but do i need to be suplementing this with a stronium additive?

My understanding is that nobody really knows or can prove what Strontium does :-)
It has been found in the skeletons of corals and in coraline algae and for that reason has been promoted as a supplement. The thing is that the Strontium has been found in the absense of / instead of, Calcium. In other words coraline and coral will extract Strontium IF Calcium is not available.
