Question my params

30 gallon

no3 = 30
nh3 = 0
ph= 8.2
no2 = 0
po4= 0.5
kh = 12
ca2 = 420
mg = 1400
temp = 78
salt = 1.025

fuge installed yesterday....should reduce no3 ?
I may be over feeding, so I will cut back a bit.

Any comments or suggestions appreciated as always.

I doubt your PO4 is really .5

The reagents used in phosphate test kits bind with the plastic and glass vials used for testing and will start to give "false positives" after a number of tests.

Everything, besides Phosphate and Nitrate (which your fuge should take care of eventually), looks really good.

20 Gallon. 15lbs LR, 20lbs Crushed Coral (replacing with LS), 65w Current PC lighting, SeaClone 100 (replacing with a Remora), Skilter 250, 2 Powersweep 212's.

Yes, your fuge will get the nitrates down, at least mine has.

It's VERY cool, that fuge!!!

I'm looking at the card...and it says 0.5..barely light green? third scale color on the chart.
whats up?
because of the fuge plastic or the glass vials?
I'm starting to feel concerned...in a bad way.

Have to buy extra vials eventually. Other options are Hanna Colorimeters if you've recently won the lottery.
