lol, 3rd post tonight about GHA and the "i have no phosphates - i don't get it" phrase.
Your tests will come back 90% of the time as 0 for phosphates and 0 for nitrates if you have a decent amount of GHA. GHA is a voracious nitrate and phosphate consumer.
Increase the frequency of your water changes, and try to manually remove your GHA until it slowly recedes.
Fact is, you do have nitrates in your tank, and quite possibly a decent amount of phosphates. Your tests just won't pick them up because your GHA is picking them up faster
