Default DIY calcium ph mag. supplements

I remember reading a thread a while back that had mixtures for calcium pH and magnesium supplements made from Epsom salts ice melt salt and baking soda does anyone know the exact measurements for these and how to dose these ?

Default

I use calcium chloride for calcium and epsom salts for magnesium. For buffer, I use a mixture of 4 parts Boraxo laundry booster to 1 part baking soda. I dose them as I would any other supplement and add it to my tank based on how my water tests out.
