| Plankton | I have a water distillation unit at my house back in Florida that runs steam through a chilled tube to condense it again. Does anyone have info on what chemicals/heavy metals would make it through the distillation process? If this isn't an option, I'll break down and buy an RO/DI, |

| Montipora Capricornis | depends on whats in the chilling tube, metals dont evaporate generally |

| Gnarly Old Codfish | Our resident chemist, "Camilsky" has been AWOL of late... If/When he pops up around here again, am sure he can give you a definitive answer. My only thought would be using a RO/DI unit has to be a much more energy effecient method of getting clean water...(or at least as pure as you need it) |
