Default Ammonia cloudy

As the title suggests when i test the ammonia with the test kit i had for my tropical fish it goe's all misty white,is this the salt or because i need a different marine ammonia test?all other tests from same kit are ok

Tanks presently cycleing but no others are cloudy.
i'm testing sg-1.028/ph-8.2/nitrate-15ppm/nitrite-0.50ppm/ammonia-0ppm/phosphate-3
