Default Turtle+Fish+Reptiles

Any ideas on how to mix a turtle some fish and some reptiles all in one tank...I want to get some cichlids, two frogs and a chamelion, of course the tank would be half land half water, but I don't know how i'd get a filter down into the water, or whether the cichlids and turtle would mix

I wouldn't put cichlids with my turtle. Sure it depends on the turtle, but my leaf turtle enjoys the company of gold fish, but after a couple months or less they are all gone.

For a filter idea, check out my thread on my turtle tank.

No I built a platform 'beach' with egg-crate covered in gravel.
Inside the platform I have a pump and a heater. The pump return comes through a hole in the platform and sprays over a eclipse 6 filter that I pack with carbon from time to time. It is wrapped with plastic window screening and also has floss in it.
