I've narrowed it down to a midas blenny, bangaii cardinalfish, or possibly a fairy wrasse. I appreciate everyone's comments. (Of course if someone else has any whacky or cool looking fish in mind feel free to throw them out since I haven't bought the fish yet).
I noticed there are a lot of people that like 6 lines.  Not the fish for me I'm afraid. They've never really appealed. I hope to get said new fish in a week or two. I'll post pics when I do.

I have a Midas Blenny and he is awesome. I just added a capenter's flasher wrasse to my tank... AWESOME!! colors are great and he has lots of fun playin with my maroon clown!

Fish - halloween hermits, blue leg hermits, left-handed hermits, emerald crabs, assorted snails, chocolate chip star, 4x strawberry conches, tuxedo urchin x2, electric flame scallop, gold stripe maroon clown, blue-side wrasse, yellow tang, yellow watchman goby, white seabae anemone.
