Default what kind of sand sifter?

I am desperately in need of something to keep my sand stirred up. I have a 210g with the following stock:
niger- 6"
blue throat- 7"
lo- 5"
banana wrasse- 6"
tomato clown- 4"
squirrel- 4"
yellow tang- 4"
sf eel 9"
emperor angel- currently in 75g only 3"
3 pencil urchins
huge brittle star
various snails, red leg and blue leg hermits
I have had mixed answers on adding a watchman or golden head as they say the eel will make short work of them. The eel is well fed and was housed with a scooter blennie for 6 months before being moved into the 210. No problems then but again, the sf was only 6". Some say I shouldn't have a problem other say yes. Thoughts ?

I have heard that a sand sifter will decimate a sand bed and then starve to death. Any truth to that?
