It does have a head, eyes and mouth. I JUST saw the fish slip up it's tuckus(as you so eloquintly put it)!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMGGGGGGGGG I wasn't sure which end was up LOL I thought the worm may have eaten it OHHHH that is so gross! is it ok for that thing to be in my tank....oh that is just nasty I'm scarred for life!
