Default watcman goby lost color

does anyone know why a yellow watchman goby would turn white ;;he is eating fine and acting healthy;but has lost his color???

hmm...well was this during the night, when fish r in "sleep mode" they durn whiteish...if its not um...lemme do some research

lol maybe he is magic. I had one once that did the same thing. Then one day he was dead. I wandered the same thing and thought maybe they got some kind of internal illness.Just watch him and make sure he eats. His health may deteriate in time or maybe he it is his defense for hiding....... Mine turned all white and eventually wouldnt turn back to yellow. Do you soak his food in any kind of vitamins or garlic? Might help

My watchman did the same thing but I treated it Maracyn Plus now its yellow again. Bacterial in my case might be the same thing with yours, my watchman never stopped eating as well.
