| Tomato clown fish together with other clown fishes Dear friends,
I wish I could add a pair of tomato clown fish to my already mated pair of percula clowns. As far as I've read tomato clown fish are far more aggressive. Could you share your experience about keeping more than one species?! I've forgot to mention, I've got 75gal and planning to purchase approx. 50lbs of live rock

| Very dicey...
Mixing any different clown species in same tank a big risk.
Have had no experience with Tomatoes --- But my Maroon's will attack anything "clown" if added to tank. ---
Tried adding my perc pair in main tank...but got them out while still alive (barely).. _________ AG "125," AquaC EV 180, 30 gal sump, "SCWD", 80 lbs LR, CoralSeaLife "Moonlite" Hood, PFO 250W HQI Mini-Pendant (SPS HQI 14000k bulb)
12 Gallon NanoCube - 24w stock PC 50/50 light "...nothing good ever happens fast in a reef tank, only bad things happen fast..."

| I had to get rid of my tomato clown as he was harassing every fish in my tank even though I introduced him last. |

| I didn't see the "hell no" option? I wouldn't mix clown species at all especially tomato, cinnamon or maroon. Those 3 have especially nasty dispositions. |

| Nasty indeed. My husband and I were at a friend's house working on his tank and he had a medium sized female maroon clown in his tank. If she could have jumped out of the water to bite me, she would have. She wanted a piece of me like I was a piece of filet mignon |
