Cool spoted grouper is being mean

For some reason my grouper will leave my bamboo shark alone and a naso tang but i have a hawk fish in ther and he chases him evry where untill he is underneith out of sight where he cant be seen is it territorial or is the gruper just being a **** what should i do maybee move the rocks arround?

Well I would suspect it believe the hawk fish would make a good meal. And will continue to think so until it become a meal.

well the hawk fish is much to big for him to eat its gona be quite hard for him to make a meal of it its just the hawk fish runs like crzy and he chasses him
