Hi all, starting up a 210 mixed reef tank. I enjoy all the odd looking fish. I wanted to have Harlequin shrimp, until I read that I needd to feed them star fish. A bit morbid for me. I am looking for suggestions for fish or invertebrates of specimens that are so weird looking or ugly that they are cute. Kind of like bull dogs or Pugs. No offense to thesedog's owners.
Any suggestions or photos will be appreciated.
    Pete

Anglers, squirrelfish...hairy frogfish is one of my faves. Filefish are funky too.

Thanks for the link to the Bearded Ghoul. Very cool, but may be too demanding to keep.
Are Anglers and hairy frog fish safe for mixed reef? They look like anything that swims in front of them can be their dinner.
That is along the lines of what I am looking for.
    Thanks

Great looking fish. What else can you keep in the tank with it?

    Dollabella sea hare?

Should be called a sea cow though. Mine goes through about a sheet of nori every couple days plus keeps the tank clean. Poops a lot too. Really cool though. My emerald crab rides him al the time. Strangest thing I've seen in a while.
