We love our six-line...He was one of the first introductions to our 72 and he has quite the personality...He will eat whatever I am feeding. I try to give a great variety of pellets and frozen food. He even eats the seaweed that I hang for our Tangs...If you had a six-line I would be careful adding any other wrasses...

All I have now is the tomato clown and the LTA, but with a 20g my options are limited and I'm thinking the six line and one more small fish down the line. I might try some mushrooms too when my tank is more established and im sure the anemone wont move about and sting them.

55 G, with 40lbs LR, 40lbs live sand, Tomato clown, Sixline wrasse, Aussie Duncan, Frogspawn, zoas, blastomussa wellsi, skunk cleaner shrimp, 4 astrea snails, 1 turbo, 12 hermits, 216wt T5HO lighting, Maxijet 600 (modified), Koralia 1, Emporer 280 filter x2. Born from my 20g on 6/8/08. Always a work in progress.

That's so funny to hear, because just in the past few weeks our leopard wrasse even picks at the seaweed that I put out on a clip for our tangs, and I thought they were strictly carnivores.

dont mean to hijack your thread, but im also interested in sixline. just got my yellow tang back to health, and about to trade him in. i need something to take its place. how are they with shrimp and hermit crabs? ive heard that they can be bullys. i got a clown goby, neon goby, and 2 scooter dragonets. could these fish be to docile for a tank with a sixline. i found out how aggressive yellow tangs can be the hard way when he killed my firefish.

check out my recently updated tank video it will show you what i have, equipment and all!

I never had an eating issue with my 6 line when i had my 125 set up. Always swimming around...fun to watch. Only thing was he hated my orchid dottyback....would chase when he go the chance.
