He seems to be fine though. Cruising around and pecking at rock/substrate. I hope this battle just goes away. | Six-lines love to fight, and dragonets don't. | I'll keep him and see how it works out. I think it has sensed something wrong with mandarin and decicided to seal the deal. Mandarin was miising for a few days. I don't no where or, what happened. It's back and made through the night the other night. |

| Found my dragonet in my overflow last night. Plucked him out and it's fine. The six-line harrassed him again. Must've been where it was when I started this thread. |

| How long have you had it ? in a 55 gallon ? it's doubtful the mandiran will even surrive any ways' they require lots and lot's of small prey and a large / seasoned tank to even consider keeping one alive for any exteneded period of time.
They ARE VERY specialized in their feeding requirements/needs.
their easly bought at the LFS' but should only be attempted , if the tank has a refugium' and a fairly large tank.
say 100 gallon or more , ive never heard of or seen one that survived for any length of time , simply because it slowly starves to death.
seasoned tanks being atleast a year old , ans NO less than a 100 gallons or more'. and the mor elive rock the better in which it can hunt for it's food
6 line wrasses are often fairly passive , im suprized that it's picking on the mandiran
Maybe trade him out at the LFS '?
