One yes, but I wouldn't put them in with a mated pair as a mated pair will become territorial. Seahorses can easily be kept in a tank with peaceful fish as long as the seahorses have plenty of opportunity to eat before the other fish snatch up all the food. I have kept horses with dragonettes, gobies and some blennies.

Better off in their own system but as long as the water flow is low they will co exist. But not a good idea if you want to breed the S.Horses.
