my sisters porker puffer bottom lip looks worn due to rubbing on the glass for the last five years. but its lips are still there. can you post a pic?

TA I'm just taking a stab in the dark considering I don't have a pic. A puffers teeth are ever growing kinda like our finger nails. It sounds like your puffers teeth are probably just overgrown. Therefor it can't get it lips to cover them. If this is true you need to start feeding him crustaceans to grind his teeth down before he can't open his mouth.

If you can pls post pic.
