cardinal fish are boring they just hover in one spot. look great in a larger tank, but ???? when you have a smaller tank and limit fish amount you have a fish just sitting there doing nothing that took up the room a active fish could be in

yeah i agree. i really want something that will swim. a wrasse or angel would be perfect.

I would do the angel. The cherub isn't as colorful as the flame angel, but at least they swim around lol. I love my McCosker's Flasher Wrasse, but they do tend to hide in the rock work more then I like. I would just go with the flame angel and call it good.

That is a beautiful fish, but I do believe they do best in pairs or more at least.
