 |  Ocellararis needs an anemone
I know people that have had bad luck with trying to adapt Ocellaris to an anemone. Can anyone recommend a type that I might have some luck with?

That can depend a lot on whether or not the clown is tank raised or wild caught. That being said, it took about 2 months for my tank raised ocellaris to take to a bubble tip anemone. | |

It took my ocellaris clowns at least 6 months before they started going into the sebae anemone.

As a follow up to amcarrig's post...are tank raised clowns more or less likely to take to the anemone then the wild caught ones? Just curious | |

I have a young oscellaris clown that hosts in a bunch of Xenia
I believe wild caught clowns are likely to host quicker. I had a wild caught Tomato Clown that jumped right in my wifes RBTA.

Watts, I need watts.... Actually if you have all PC's I wouldn't attempt anything more difficult than a bubble tip anemone....and I am not too sure about that., depends on the wattage  | |

well i have all pcs on my 55 and my anemone is happy , some days it has longer tenticles but some it has really nice bright red tips PCS can do the job _________ Tank Specs:
