| I feed mine algae flakes soaked in Vit c and garlic every other day and on the off days I feed them a sheet of Julian Sprung Purple Seaweed. If you are not able to get him to start eating you will have a very sick fish. That is the only problem with Naso is getting them to eat. Are your parameters stable in the tank??? Fish may be stressed due to parameter and not eat. _________ Scott 265g (Peninsula)

| I checked the parameters last night and the only thing that was noticeable was that the nitrates are at 10. Planning on doing a water change tonight to see if I can bring it down. I have a piece of red seaweed(sheet) in the tank, it shows no interest in it. Was eating when I got it from the pet shop, had been in the shop for at least two weeks. I hope it starts eating soon. |

| Pulled out the romaine lettuce today and added some flakes with garlic, the naso actually made for the flakes then spit it out . Oh well, I can only hope that when I get home some of the romaine is gone! |

| still not eating, any other suggestion? Live ogo maybe, does anyone know where I can get some for under 40 bucks? I checked ebay but the stuff they're selling is ogo "like". IPSF and Inland aquatics want forty or more for a 1/2 pound, thats more than the tang cost.
Thanks,
Dustin |

| At least that is a start. Once it starts eating you may be able to introduce other foods. Soaking stuff in garlic usually works but there is always strange one. |

| Well the naso is still kicking, but still only eats caulerpa, really likes the grape portion of grape caulerpa. Very skinny, has what looks like patches of pigmentation loss on its body and snout. Doesn't look like a disease more like malnutrition. Any help on foods to try would be great. Still putting sheets of green algea and flake food in along with the caulerpa, but the only thing that seems to disappear is the G.C.
Thanks,
Dustin
P.S. Do you think I sould put it back into QT (only 15g) 5-6" fish |
