Most Useful Nano Fish

I would like to get everyone's opinion on what kind of fish would be most useful in a nano. Actually, which fish would be most useful in MY nano. Currently, the only fish I have is a Watchman Goby. This was the fish I used to cycle my tank about 8 months ago. Now, he is a very good fish for when I was a newb, but I don't believe he helps the reef much. I don't have any problems in my reef, like algea, but I have been dealing with a handful of bristle worms I see every once in a while. Now I would like to know what kind of fish you guys would use put in a 24g nano that would take care of a variety of reef problems, of course, starting with bristle worms..

Keep in mind that I don't want to overstock my reef. I only want to add one fish, maybe two. I'm also going to keep the Goby since I know it will be impossible to catch him without tearing apart the reef..

I am also going to be stocking my nano with SPS, if that makes a difference on fish selection..

bristle worms are good for your tank!!!

what about a clownfish or a ornamental shrimp they are cool to watch and the shrimp are extra cool when they pair up with gobies

stay away from the damsels.hardy fish but territorial.but chromis is a nice fish to have.(i have known but ive heard and seen them in nanos).

Are you sure bristle worms are good?? I could have sworn I once read that there are bristle worms that feed on Acropora...

Depends on which bristleworms your talking about. The ones that are half pink and half blue are good ones. They eat detritus and burrow through your rocks. Ive put in solid baserock before and took it out 3yrs later and it was very porous and full of the pink and blue bristleworms. There is 100's of different types of bristleworms, but the most common is the pink and blue ones.

I have 2 clowns in my tank with a bta. I did have a roya gramma but the clowns wouldn't leave him alone and eventually it met its demise....
