I assume that by carnivores, you're not talking about lionfish, triggers and other such non-flake eating fish? If so, I use O.S.I. Marine flakes for all of the above

I use mostly Frozen foods. Mysis shrimp which is highly nutritous. I also use Brine, Plankton, Krill, Clams, mollusk, table shrimp. Occasionally when I'm in a hurry or being lazy I use Oceans Nutrition Flake.

Somethingfishy and I pretty much feed the same. I use Omega flakes at the moment and for herbivores such as tangs I hang Seaweed selects on a feeding clip. My frozen foods are mainly San Francisco Bay brand.

http://www.3reef.com/uploads/reefmanMC.jpg&&Right now I'm in the middle of a conversion from reef to Discus/ planted aquarium. Hair algae beat me down. Maybe a nano in the future. Everything screwed up so I'm converting to FOWLR. Wish me luck.
