lol my maroon clown is boss hog in my tank. Even over the yellow tang! He doesn't pick fights but if someone else starts one, with anyone, he's in for scrappin'! Hope you enjoy it, they have awesome color and add a cool hint of darker color to the otherwise bright usual suspects!

Evan.

i have a single maroon clown and he's not very aggressive, but he is very territorial and he claims a pretty large space in my tank. he's about 4" long and even beats up on my dog faced puffer when it gets too close and they're about the same size. he's pretty peaceful he swims around and interacts but he has his moments. i introduced a sebae anemone and he couldn't care less, the dominoe hosts in it. he seems pretty content w/o an anemone, but i'm still looking to find one he'll host. any suggestions?

I have bubble-tipped anenomes in my tank. But the original (before the splits) came with the clown and I'm not sure how long it took him to host.

Well I have a bubble tip as well and everything i've read says they like them the best.

So I went to my LFS last night and lo and behold they had the the perfect sized one. Brought him home and put him in the tank, he is in love with my foxtail coral I'm hoping he'll move over to the bubble tip soon. Very very beautiful fish, I was surprised he starting eating right away.

Woo Hoo! Came home last night and he was burrowing in the bubble tip. But it's funny he still goes back to the foxtail once and a while to make sure it's still there.
