| lazy clownfish I have a false percula that finds a low flow area when the lights go out and just lays down he seems perfectly healthy, he will start swim again if i walk by the tank.does anybody else have a perc or another clown that lays down on the sand at night

| My clown takes after her owner, and is therefore insomniatic so I never see her resting. However, if your clown is recognizing you and coming out to greet you and is swimming normally during the day I wouldn't worry about it. Just make sure its eating, swimming, and that you are keeping an eye on your water params.

| mine acts a bit lazy at night to, I think its just a natural instinct to find a quiet place to kinda hide for the night

| my friend has 2 clowns and one of them does that he will lay on the sand like hes dead and then when he see's us he swims fine weird fish |

| yeah i am going to say normal. I freaked out one morning when i got home and the girl was in the corner on the sand just sitting their. She just laid their until the boy saw me and woke her up. A bit scary at first |
