Thanks bogie, I appreciate it. I'm not too concerned though. This is just another of those people where you're damned if you do and damned if you don't. He figured he could exploit me, as if my business was setup purely for his benefit at my expense and when he was met with slightest resistance he lost it. I agreed to everything he wanted but that still wasn't good enough. Obviously he is a less than honorable person.

Just think. Had I shipped this guy his livestock ground like he expected it, he would be emailing me complaining that everything was dead. Then he'd be bashing me all over the net for sending him dead stuff.

Like I said. Damned if you do, damned if you don't. Some folks can't be pleased regardless of what you do.

Please explain to me how I am "benefitting at your expense" by asking for a refund without having obtained anything from you or asking anything from you. If you want I will post a nice long thread of every email you sent and I sent and we can show everyone here how I was calm and did nothing but ask for a cancellation with a refund and how you blew up and had multiple temper tantrums.

I was happy with just waiting patiently for a refund until you insulted me numerous times without cause. Now your hateful emails and your poor customer service will be shown on every outlet at my dispense as a warning to future customers.

No problem. You knew what the proper amount of shipping was due but insisted I send you the livestock at the ground rate you selected because the cart said so. It also said overnight, but you didn't pick that. That my friend is trying to enjoy a windfall at my expense.

You were "waiting patiently" for a refund?! I sent you an email stating I had no problem canceling your order and refunding you 1604 EST. You filed a "did not receive" dispute with paypal, where you then said I was extorting you, at 1629 EST. 25 minutes?! That's what you call waiting patiently?

I agreed to refund you. I agreed to refund your order. That wasn't good enough. You had an axe that just needed some grinding.

Like I told you, you can post all you want if you think I wronged you. You're certainly entitled and from what I gathered so far it appears to be a pastime of yours. However you need to be honest. If you have to twist the story around to somehow gather more sympathy for your cause then it only shows you don't have much groound to stand on in the first place.

Thus far, you have yet to be very honesy about anything.

A complete lie. I asked you to cancel the order and refund my money. Here is the actual email I sent to you. Notice that in no way did I ask for anything to be shipped to me at all.

I wish you would stop lying to people who seem to have a positive opinion to you because I will provide the email you or I sent each time to disprove your false claims.

Here is the email:

"Please cancel my entire order. I am no longer interested due to the stocking problem and the additional shipping added to the price. If the order is not canceled I will file a dispute with paypal.
