| I do it the way otty does it, more sensitive fish ill dump less than a 1/4 cup into at a time but do it longer. Maybe a 1/8 of a cup for 3 or four hours with the lights off as they float in the bag. Never dump water in from the local fish stores tank. |

| wow i created this thread with the thought that it would be peaceful.ladies and gents nomore disrespect.happiness is the key.but with all that said its great info from everyone.im sure someone will use one of the many methods or add more methods used to acclimate the fish we purchase and raise. |
