Default Goodbye Sandy

So, i lost my little Diamond goby. I had a small two inch gap in my lid and he jumped out.. I hadnt seen him for a day, as he used to have a little home he shared with "delta", my firefishgoby.. when i looked behind my tank i found his little withered and dried body.. here is he is in the old days, trying to make his home near my cheesy fake clam.. tryin to get a pesky hermit outta da way

YouTube - goby

RIP little buddy

Am so sorry.

I lost a little perc clown ("Nemo" of course) this way a couple of years ago. Traumatized me and kids for a week.

Best way to get over the loss of a "pet friend" - is to go out and immediatly get a replacement.

Sorry for your loss, maybe put some eggcrate over the hole if you get another one.
I have had 2 of my daughters Nemo's pass away by going over the over flow and then they get beat to death by water in the sump because they are stuck in a sock I use to filter large particles.
I just picked her up a Blue Tang (Dori) Monday so she is happy with that.
Karma for your loss.

thanks so much for your support guys.. i was watching the video again that i posted, cuz i miss the guy a lot.. and i realized, the hermit was "blocking" him from trying to do his work.. and i was home during lunch when i filmed him, and i religiously watch "the peoples court" for lunch at my house.. the audio has the announcer saying "hes accused of having a 'block' while working on the block" .. ha ha, i never listened to the audio before.. how fitting.. poor little guy.. glad he made residence in another spot under some broken pottery.. poor "delta" is looking so lonely though.. thank you guys again, its nice to have people who understand, unlike work where its "well, you eat fish dont you, whats the freaking big deal, aint like its a dog or somethin"

and a few more pics i found of him in his new home.. it was a piece of 120 dollar custom made pottery from a local plant shop.. the handles were broken and they were going to throw it away.. i said "can i have it?" got it for free, went out back and broke it apart and new it was perfect for sandy, much better than the fake clam...
