| Frogfish Anyone? Does anyone have experience with keeping frogfish? They look very cool, might get one to go with my upcoming lionfish purchase.

| That is a wild looking fish! I agree with Omard, with most of them beauty is in the eye of the beholder!!! But they are crazy looking, a conversation peice. | Easiest one I ever tried and thats been awhile was the assorted frog fish (Photo posted looks to be one) I think it was called a yellowish about as long as it was tall at the dorsal and it was cool but a real food snob. I got it to eat shrimps .. But they will eat anything that looks twice at the lure (: only a few things you can keep in with them.. Good luck But I'd pass on it myself.. PITA to keep I think.. _________ Some of the world's greatest feats were accomplished by people not smart enough to know they were impossible (Doug Larson) |

| I'd keep one if I could rely on someone to handle the daily feedings required were we to go away for a few days, like seahorses. |

| Thanks for the comments, the one I saw was the striated frogfish looks like the pic. The lfs told me they had special ordered it and the guy did not want it when it came in, he told me if I wanted it I could have it for 25. Still deciding, I will probably go get it this weekend. |

| Just an update I did get the frogfish, it took some time, but it is eating whole frozen silversides, about three a week. I will post pictures later, when I transfer it to the main tank from the qt. |
