| It is the shear fact that they are in such close quarters. Many genus of fish who get along perfectly well and even school in their native reefs will become quite territorial in such a closed ecosystem such as an aquarium.. The smaller the aquarium, the more territorial they become...Of course none of the the compatibility charts, etc...are set in stone. What might work in one tank may be disasterous in another... _________ 72 gallon bowed 150lbs LR 60 lbs LS

| Was wondering about feeding...I put some mysis right near his burrow and he came right out to eat. Today is really the first day we saw him come out of his burrow...He has been acclimating himself for the past few days. Does anyone have one,if so how often do you feed them? |

| Cool, ok..How about feeding a pearly jawfish? I am reading a few times a day...We also have Lyretail Anthias and I am hearing that you should feed them several times a day...I really do not like feeding like that... |

| i dont think you have to feed jawfish several times a day unless you want him to grow big.cuz as well all know fish can grow with large amounts of food.they never stop eating.lol |
