ALL lion's tend to be on the preditory side of the ladder ,
You could try it ' but watch your other fish, thats a small tank and space is at a premuim for you right now.
As for me' i would not ( imo ) up to you my friend though.
Might consider a pair of midas blennys ? ( have a golden tint color and some pinkish purple and a load of fun to watch)
or perhaps a lawn mower blenny (eats algae)
