also geek you are wrong, they are two entirely different species, Amphiprion percula vs Amphiprion ocellaris, although yes they are from a common relative, however mutations occured from a common ancestor that lead to two different species, similar to that of us and apes.

Definitely a false perc. 99% of True perculas have very thick black bands, sometimes even connecting from one to the other, while the false percs have very thin. You can go by the "counting the doral spines" method, but often it is much quicker and easier just to examine the black bands.
