Well, depends on who you ask! I personally would not do it because the limited size of the tank leads to larger fluctuations in water quality. A little evaporation can increase salinity to dangerous levels and I am just not that on top of stuff enough to manage that. HOWEVER, I am sure there are people out there who do it with no problems.

The issue I see with nano tanks is that they appear to be for the novice, and are really for the expert salt water enthusiast by design. They are not forgiving of water chemistry changes, or errors, IMHO!

Yes i agree i put that into consideration and was thinking of getting a system of drippers so account for evatoration and such...i have been doing salt water tanks for around 3 years i am just haveing trouble with this because i am doing it on a limited budget, and i dont really know much about the nano cube or really anemonias, but i have a great 600 gal shark tank, 300 gal reef, 245 fish only, 145 poision fish, 60 sea horse tank, and a large "pond touch tanl. These are all located at my school i am second in command of a marine bio class am basically in charge of the tank...this mean i go insance with multi tasking...plz kill me lol...well its a living but this damm nano cube i just wanna try and breed some clowns...i hope it will be easier then these 2 hellfreaki sp lol i always forget how to spell them...cuz when i do that alot of money to my department (each arounf $100) but this nano cube is odd because everything is build in so i am having trouble try to modify it...thanks

Oh, then just forget everything I said cause you have WAY more experience than I do!!!

Are you keeping the nano at the school? Can you plumb it in-line with the main system? or a larger tank? Get what I am saying here?
