    Dear 3reefers!

My female Clownfish is constantly swimming around my diamond spotted goby, and pissing off the big guy! It's definitely not about food nor territory! Angry goby drags genlty my clownish by one of the fins and whole "cycle" starts again! It looks like clown fish confuses my goby with cleaner shrimp!

Did you experiance this sort of behaviour from these fish?! :p

Can't say I've ever seen this type of display, Camil. I'm sure it represents something. Only question is, what?

Does the goby actually drag the clown by the fin with its mouth?

Sorry I can't be of more help.

    Thanks for feedback Sparky!

Yes! It seems harmless, though! Clown fish is very active, eating and swimming happily! :) I think I can exclude any sort of environmental stress. Water quality is pristine, all corals wide open, other tank inhabitants behaving normally! It's very interesting! I will try to take some photos to illustrate this strange phenomenon!
