| Re: 3 Meals A Day Once every couple of days at best here. I feed a mix of prawns and scallops. I just started with a premade food for my anthias, its called golden pearls sinking pellets, I have to admit they have greatly improved the fishes color.
As per corals I have never feed them..well on purpose anyway, lol

In a healthy reef, there are lots of natural food sources for the fish to graze on. Supplimenting that with feedings just ensures nutrition. Often, my fish (even the voracious tangs!) goes for a few days without "canned" food, and they are all fat as can be! _________ -Mickey 175g Bowfront - 75g Refugium - 100g Sump - 3 Phoenix 14k 250W MH - AquaC EV240 Skimmer - 240lbs Haitian Live Rock - 4" DSB - Red Velvet Fairy Wrasse - Azure Damsel - Banggia Cardinal - Firefish Goby - Blackcap Basslet - Purple Tang - Powder Brown Tang - Regal Tang - Green Manderin - 2 Skunk Cleaner Shrimp - 2 Peppermint Shrimp - 2 Emerald Crabs - Rose BTA - Orange Linkia - Tuxedo Urchin - Spiney Urchin (hitchhiker) |
