| 2 different species of clowns in one tank?? OKay so I've had my Saddleback clown for 3 months, the clown is only about 6 months old. My local LFS hasn't been able to get more saddlebacks in over the last few months. With my clown being so young is it possible to add a smaller Perc or Ocellaris to the tank? Tank size is a BC29. |

| Man, that stinks. Even with another saddleback. So my saddleback is doomed to be single for it's lifespan?? |

They will tear up each other for a bit, but hopefully one will "submit" before any serious damage is done. |

| It's funny right now, my saddleback and bi-color blenny swim around the tank together. Or my saddleback will lightly rub up against my green clown goby. |

| If you can find another saddleback thats pretty young, 2-3 months old, it should still be a male. They are all males when they are born, the dominate males morphs into the female, and when she dies, the dominant male again turns into the female so there is always a female. _________ Got Questions? | on a side not, the LFS here is selling "pairs" of clowns for like $60 and they are a piar, but not mated pair. They are 2 juvi clowns as where hopefully they will become mated. |
