When you place an order with TB Aquatics, we take pride in processing your order with speed and accuracy. Most orders processed by 3 PM EST ship the same business day. In some cases, orders may ship the following business day, especially order placed during the weekend.
We only ship to the 48 continental United States and Washington D.C.

If the first three digits of your zip code are in the following table (see map too), 1 day shipping is only $9.99. Orders under $50 are subject to a $15 box fee.

If the first three digits of your zip code is not in the above list, shipping is a flat rate of $39.99 for overnight delivery. Priority overnight (by 10:30 am in most areas) is available for $44.99. Saturday delivery is available for an additional $15. Orders under $50 are subject to a $15 box fee.
Returns Livestock
TB Aquatics does not accept returns under any circumstances for livestock.
Dry Goods All returns require a RA (Return Authorization) number. Any return shipped back to us without this RA number will be refused. Conditions for return:- Returns must be issued an RA number with in 30 days of invoice date.
- Product must be unopened and in resalable condition. All original instructions must be included. No returns on opened items. A 15% restocking fee may apply on all returns.
- Returns must be shipped back fully insured and properly packaged.
- Shipping charges are NOT refundable unless the merchandise was shipped in error.
- Refused orders are subjected to an automatic 25% restocking fee plus return freight charge.
