How long has it been in the tank? How did you acclimate it?

What were your water parameters before introducing the torch? It may take a few days to open....Did you test for Ca and Alk before dosing?

dont start dosing every think you can get your hands on thinking that your in trouble, 9 times out of 10 this will just creat a problem, If your water parameters check out then just give the coral a few days to settle in to your tank.
Corals a fussy little buggers and they can either open up with in the hour or after a couple of days I dont think you need to worry just yet.

Green is normal for a torch.

Needs at least medium flow area.

Good light. Try moving up in tank. :-/
