I have a Toadstool leather that started out as one and it split into 2 seperate toadstools. When I bought it it came attached to a small piece of rock and when I put it in the tank it eventually started to attach to a different larger rock. Well just recently it finally let go of the original rock that I purchased it with, but there is a small piece of the toadstool that remains on that rock, a very small portion. My question is will that little piece eventually grow into another toadstool?

I'll try and post some pics a bit later.

Yes, most likely, a new coral will grow from the tissue that's left behind.

Yeah, Leathers almost always will grow a new head if their is enough base left over.
