My First ZOA!!

    I just wanted to share the excitement of my first zoa!

    But, umm what is the name of these zoas? From the top, Radioactive Dragon Eyes, Eagle Eyes and..?

    They are so pretty, but $49 was too much?

    yeah I gave $50 for a rock with 200+ zoas on it.

    Not a bad price. If the varieties where separate frags they'd probably be $10.00 - $20.00 each. More or less depending on the source.

    Those arent that expensive zoas..I got this which has more pricey zoas then those for 45(HUGE zoa colony on the right)

    I got mine at LFS, the only one in town, so I call it fair price.

    What are the name of those expensive zoas, Zoanthids21?

    the most pricey one i know of ... the nightmare palythoa! $217.00 i think

    And whats the difference between zoas and palys? (<-- too lazy to search)

    Congrats on your first zoas... I love all mine from the free ones to the ones that cost way more then $45....

    Besides looking a little different: Zoa v Paly. Zoa grow in a mat and Paly grow as single stalks
