how fast does GSP grow

hey i got a frag of some neon looking gsp i have in it moderate flow and in high lighting on the top of the tank but i was wondering how fast it grew ive had it for about a week to 2 weeks thanks;D

 

it grows real fast. from 10 to hundreds of polyps in 6 months time

 

really???!!!! awsome so i should see new growth here in a few weeks then right?

dam!!!! im soo happy! with it then saying ive had it for 2 weeks when would you say i should have more growth? and will it be purple mat growht or will it be a whitsish looking growht and then turn purple?

 

Oh you should see some new growth pretty quick. I'm thinking about pruning mine back a bit. Its like an evasive weed growing in your yard.

yeah every tank is dfferent on coral growth speed and all but youll be selling pieces in no time.

this is 2 or 3 months growth. that sailfin tang is 6 1/2 inches long
