I have some green button polyps, half of them are closed and dont seem to want to be opening up again. i've tested my water and everything seems to be normal. Should i be target feeding them, i've noticed when i put brine shrimp in the tank they eat any that lands on them.

i currently feed my coral 2mls of gramma nutra feed - is this not enough for them?

Can you get a picture? a picture will attract more people to this thread, lol. Ive had my polyps close for a week and open up the next day for a month. If they are eating thats good. I should feed my mushrooms today, they wouldnt mind some yummy mysis.

palys can close up for a few weeks at a time, for 100 different reasons, one of them being they just dont wanna open up.

Those are green people eaters (zoanthus giganitus) not the common green button polyps. You dont have to feed them but they will eat a lot of different foods.
